Welcome to Hjalta Fitness & Wellbeing ("Hjalta," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including personal training, fitness assessments, and subscriptions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Services
Hjalta provides personalized fitness training, wellness coaching, and related services (the "Services") through in-person sessions, online platforms, or hybrid formats.
2. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
a) Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until canceled.
- The initial payment is collected upon subscription, and recurring payments are charged monthly.
- By subscribing, you authorize Hjalta (via our third-party payment gateway) to store your payment details and process recurring charges.
b) Cancellation Policy
- Minimum Commitment: 3 months. Canceling within this period triggers a charge for the full remaining balance of the 3-month term.
- After 3 months, you may cancel by:
- Submitting a request via email to info@hjalta.com;
- Providing a reason for cancellation;
- Confirming the cancellation.
- Automatic payments will stop the following month.
c) Freeze Policy
- Initial 3-month period: 1 freeze of 2 weeks allowed (for injury, illness, or travel).
- After 3 months: 2-week freeze permitted once every 3 months.
- During freezes:
- Payments are paused;
- Training access is suspended.
- If your trainer travels, you may freeze or train with an alternate.
3. Packages & Sessions
a) Refunds & Expiry
- No refunds are issued for unused sessions (regardless of reason, including injury, travel, or relocation).
- Session Expiry:
- 12 sessions: 60 days
- 36 sessions: 120 days
- 72 sessions: 180 days
- 144 sessions: 365 days
b) Freeze Policy for Packages
Pauses allowed for injury, illness, or travel (subject to approval).
4. Limitation of Liability
By using Hjalta’s Services, you acknowledge that:
- Physical training carries inherent risks (e.g., injury, health complications).
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your fitness to participate.
- Hjalta, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents arising from your participation.
5. Privacy Policy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (summarized below):
- We collect: Contact details, health/fitness info (voluntary), and usage data.
- Data is used to provide services, personalize training, and improve marketing.
- We do not sell your data but may share it with service providers (e.g., payment processors).
- You may access, correct, or delete your data by emailing info@hjalta.com.
6. General Terms
- Changes to Terms: We may update these terms; the latest version will be posted on our website.
- Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external sites linked on our platform.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
